Denise E. Lester, MD, FACOG

Dr. Lester is Board Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist and a Senior Attending in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Good Samaritan Hospital and the Southside Hospital.

After graduating from the Catholic University Sacred Heart in Rome, Italy, Dr. Lester completed her postgraduate training at Long Island College Hospital and Nassau County Medical Center.  She then completed a subspecialty training in Urodynamics at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City.

In addition to caring for our obstetrics & gynecology patients, Dr. Lester is a specialist in Urodynamics and the treatment of women with pelvic floor dysfunction and urinary incontinence.  She is a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is a member of the following prestigious societies:
